Diamond Labs Inc. – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Diamond Labs Inc. These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases and interactions with our brand. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. General
Diamond Labs Inc. reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
By purchasing from Diamond Labs Inc., you confirm your acceptance of these terms in their entirety.
2. Final Sale Policy
All purchases are final sale. Diamond Labs Inc. does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
3. Exchanges & Store Credit
In select circumstances, and strictly at the sole discretion of Diamond Labs Inc., an exchange or store credit may be considered.
Any such consideration is contingent upon the item being:
Unworn, as determined exclusively by Diamond Labs Inc.
In pristine, original condition
Returned with all original packaging, certificates, and accompanying materials
Diamond Labs Inc. reserves the exclusive right to define and assess condition and eligibility. Approval is not guaranteed.
4. Bespoke & Custom Creations
All bespoke, custom, or modified pieces are commissioned specifically for the client and are therefore final sale.
Once production has commenced, such orders may not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Diamond Labs Inc. reserves the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse orders arising from such inaccuracies.
Full payment is required prior to production or shipment.
6. Product Characteristics
Each Diamond Labs Inc. piece is crafted with precision using lab-grown diamonds and fine materials. Due to the nature of these materials and the artisanal process, slight variations in appearance may occur and are not considered defects.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Diamond Labs Inc. is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control.
Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once delivery has been confirmed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
8. Limited Warranty
Diamond Labs Inc. offers a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
This includes:
Structural defects
Faults in settings or closures
This warranty excludes:
Normal wear, including scratches or surface wear
Loss or theft
Damage resulting from impact, misuse, or improper care
Alterations or repairs performed by third parties
All claims are subject to inspection. Diamond Labs Inc. retains sole discretion in determining eligibility and whether a piece will be repaired or replaced.
9. Care & Maintenance
Fine jewelry requires appropriate care. Diamond Labs Inc. may offer cleaning, maintenance, or repair services at its discretion. Associated costs may apply unless covered under warranty.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diamond Labs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability, if any, is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the item.
11. Discretionary Rights
Diamond Labs Inc. reserves the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
12. Intellectual Property
All designs, imagery, branding, and content are the exclusive property of Diamond Labs Inc. and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
